Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.
Non-apparel items
If you've received a defective item, please fill in our Return Form here or contact us via WhatsApp +65 868 60778 with full details of the order and a picture of the defect.
Do ensure that items returned fulfill the following conditions:
*original packaging includes all parts and accessories to qualify for goods return.
Items will strictly be exchanged and no refund will be possible unless we no longer have inventory for the item. In the case of any exchange, shipping costs will be fully borne by customer unless determined otherwise by the management.
Strictly no refund/exchange for the following:
- soft toys/plush toys
- books & stationery
- bath and skincare products
- cleaning & hygiene products
- items on sale
- any other items at the discretion of Bove
Apparel
If the size does not fit, you can make a return or exchange online and through the mail by filling in our Return Form here or contacting us via WhatsApp +65 868 60778 with the details of the order for store credits.
Do ensure that items returned fulfil the following conditions:

All refunds will only be done via store credits. Store credits will only include the amount paid for the item(s), excluding the original delivery fee.
Kindly note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, please return the item received and place a new order. Product(s) to be exchanged must be of the same value or higher. A top up will be required if the value is higher.
